Ians leadership has been outstanding from the start of the season. The amount of unsung work he does for the club behind closed doors is incredible. A true club man.

Jake M
He’s led by example as captain for this season so far, has scored multiple tries and led our pack extremely well.
U16 Boys Section:
Ebie O
Ebie has been out injured due an ACL tear since last season but you will find him at training and matches cheering on the boys from the sidelines. He always turns up with a smile on his face despite the long journey back to fitness. Ebie you are an inspiration to all of us and we can’t wait to see you take to the field in the near future for the U16’s #UTH
U16 Girls Section:
Amelie M-Y
For her outstanding performances, not just this December, but this whole season, as well as her 100% commitment through injury.
U15 Boys Section:
Reuben K
Reuben is a relatively new player to the squad, starting late last season. However his focus on learning and overall work ethic have been evident since he started. Every game he covers as much ground as anyone on the pitch and never shirks the hard work. His rate of improvement each week is noticeable and is recognised by all the coaches. A thoroughly deserved winner for the U15s.
U14 Boys Section:
Precious K
The U14 player of the month goes to Precious, who has shown focus and commitment throughout the season. His strength and ability has allowed him to move between positions including prop, flanker and fullback - a versatile player with agility, speed and a fierce tackle, knocking the opposition down like dominoes! The U14 coaching team are proud of his development this season and look forward to watching him play in 2026.
U14 Girls Section:
Lucia S
Lucia turns up week in week out even if cold or rainy without complaint. She’s a great tackler, reads the game well and is as quick as you like; helping the team to score many of their tries this season! While still only a year 8 she is a regular in the match squad. Lucia also put in a real shift in against Haywoods Heath this month. Well done Lucia!
U13 Boys Section:
Murdo B
Murdo capped a fantastic first half of the season in December. His ability to play in any position across the backline is a huge asset for the team and to do so at a consistently high level is equally impressive. He is a great trainer and a pleasure to coach. And his effort and commitment on match days is also top notch.

Lincoln has had a great December. He’s a big, powerful runner who’s always there, and always giving his best. He makes a real difference in festivals and in practice, but what really stands out is the way he plays with respect and adheres to the TREDS values every time he plays. He leads by example around the group, and has got a great future in rugby
