Dele was an integral part of our rugby community and truly embodied everything that makes Hove RFC such a special place. A loving husband to Helen and a proud dad to their brilliant son Isaac, he was a man with a huge heart and an unwavering passion for both the game and the club.

Dele was a loud, proud and fervent supporter of all the boys. He was a constant presence on the touchline, often seen pacing up and down, shouting encouragement, offering praise, and greeting players with fist bumps as they came off the pitch.
His energy, warmth and enthusiasm were infectious, lifting players, coaches and parents alike, and helping to create the supportive environment that defines our club.
Dele’s commitment to the U14s went far beyond match days. He was their number one supporter, always there, always positive, and always making sure the boys felt backed and believed in. His absence leaves a huge hole within the U14s rugby family and across Hove RFC as a whole.
He will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him, and his spirit will remain a part of the club he loved so dearly.
To honour the memory of our much-loved Dele, Helen has asked for any donations to go to the club in his name. https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/dele
