Hove Blues produced a much-improved performance to secure a convincing 29–5 victory
over Farnham, building on a strong all-round team display.
Hove started the match well, setting the tempo early with confident ball movement and
strong defence. Their positive start was rewarded when Archie R opened the scoring,
finishing well after sustained pressure. The Blues continued to dominate possession and
territory, and this was reflected on the scoreboard as Harry S crossed for two well-taken
tries, showing great pace and awareness. Jude S added another before the break, capping
an excellent first-half performance.

The second half began more slowly for Hove, allowing Farnham to score a try and briefly
gain momentum. However, the Blues quickly regrouped and went on to control the
remainder of the match. Strong work across the park, with good support play and teamwork,
led to Ollie O going over for the final try following a sustained period of pressure and
excellent build-up play from the whole side.
Overall, this was a much-improved display from the previous week, with noticeable
progress in offloads, depth in attack, and a solid defensive effort throughout the team.
